The Challenge
The Shopify App Store is crowded. Thousands of developers compete for merchant attention, and most apps look and feel interchangeable. For Maple Solutions, the product was strong — but the brand wasn't keeping up. In a marketplace where merchants make decisions quickly based on visual signals of trust and professionalism, a generic presence meant strong work was being overlooked.
What We Did
We built a complete brand identity for Maple Solutions — anchored in a typographic system using DM Serif Display and a distinctive Maple Red that set the company apart from the sea of generic SaaS blues. The identity carried through to a new website designed to convert the right kind of merchant attention: clear, fast, and built to build trust quickly. We paired the visual work with a content strategy that gave Maple Solutions a framework for how to show up consistently across their Shopify listings, support materials, and marketing — so the brand could scale without losing coherence.
